Dear Bride-to-Be:

      When your wedding day finally arrives, your wish is to see that every detail you’ve dreamed of a million times is carried out. Every fold of every napkin perfect; every petal on every flower fresh. You’ve seen this day in your mind’s eye and you know what you want. We understand this is your day and we’ll see to it that your wedding at River Hills Country Club happens just the way you’ve envisioned it since you were a little girl. Our entire staff – from me as River Hills’ Food and Beverage Manager – to our chefs, servers, etc., work as a team to make your day memorable. For all the right reasons.We’re also happy to work in tandem with your personal wedding coordinator, if you have one.

We do several weddings a year.
We know what you need, where to get it and how to put it all together.
The perfect wedding is in the details. Fortunately for you, we’re detail-oriented. We have to be. We host a lot of weddings, so they are an important part of this club’s success and reputation. We have to have flawless performances every time out. Because we can put together a string of perfect weddings – but if we do one bad one everyone knows! We have a dependable, reliable, professional “short list” of local vendors and suppliers that we work with so that each of your ceremony and/or reception wishes is delivered seamlessly.

Venues and menus.
Our Main Dining Room, with a gorgeous fireplace for a background, will accommodate up to 200 guests.

The Terrace Room works nicely for a more intimate wedding: perfect for a ceremony of up to 80 guests. Or arranged for your reception of 40 comfortably at tables.

The backdrop is a tranquil vista of the golf course.

If you prefer, our entire facility is yours for the day so that no other functions come into conflict with you and your guests.

Outside, on the lanai, 150 of your guests will fit under cover. (We can’t guarantee the weather, but our covered lanai is the perfect contingency!)

Another area, outside and just behind the Terrace Room, is perfect for up to about 60 people. Resting between the Terrace Room and the practice facilities, we can set up this gorgeous area to suit your needs.

Our chefs and kitchen staff see to all of your catering needs except the cake. Our chef has a couple of particularly delightful culinary directions to suggest to take your reception!
